Initial deposits are refundable until Janurary 1st, 2025 then 100% non refundable
61 days or more before the trip, 40% of the payment received is refundable (excluding $200 deposit)
31 to 60 days before the trip, 25% of total is refundable (excluding $200 deposit)
30 days before the trip no payment will be refunded.
